Step-by-Step Baking Protocol

Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not thaw. Scones bake directly from frozen — thawing before baking will affect texture and rise.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Allow the oven to fully preheat before placing scones. Consistent temperature is key to consistent results.

Place scones on a lined baking sheet. Space evenly. Do not crowd the pan — air circulation ensures even baking and a proper golden crust.

Bake to time and visual cue. Mini: 18–22 minutes. Bakery: 25 minutes. Look for a golden top and set center. Ovens vary — adjust by 1–2 minutes as needed after your first bake.

Cool briefly before serving. Allow 3–5 minutes on the pan before plating. Scones are best served warm within 2 hours of baking.

Storage after baking. Baked scones are best served the day they are baked. Return any unbaked frozen dough immediately to the freezer if not using.

Your account is set up and a price sheet is sent to you directly
Place orders via email or text to your account contact — include SKUs, quantities, and requested delivery date
Minimum 5 business days notice before desired delivery date
You receive an order confirmation with total and delivery details
Payment & Delivery Terms
All new accounts operate on COD (Cash on Delivery) terms for the first 6 months
Credit card on file required — charged at delivery unless ACH payment received first
ACH bank transfer via QuickBooks invoice link — no processing fee
Credit card payments subject to 3% processing fee
