How should the tea sandwiches be stored and served? Our sandwiches are made with delicate Japanese milk bread, which is highly sensitive to heat and air. To keep them perfectly soft and delicious, keep them chilled and serve immediately upon unboxing. Leaving them uncovered or outdoors in warm weather may cause the artisan bread to dry out. Serve 30 min before serving and keep them in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight.
