Enjoy a 2 hour class where our Chef Kei Okumura will provide the techniques and variety of options on making a menu for a casual afternoon tea set up.
Tea Sandwiches: cucumber lemon cream cheese / turkey + cheese / fig + brie / strawberry + sugarbird cream *
Mini Scones: using our Sugarbird Scone mix you'll be taking home a 1/2 scones plus your own mix to use at home
Sugarbird Tea of your choice
The class will be held at your location or at our commissary kitchen.
